CLAT 2021 postponed, last date for online application extended to June 15
In view of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, Common Law Admission Test (CLAT 2021) has been postponed once again. New date of the CLAT 2021 Test will be notified in due course. The last date for online application has also been extended to June 15.
The decision to postpone the CLAT exam has been taken in the meeting of the executive committee of the Consortium of National Law Universities on May 15 after reviewing the surge of COVID-19 pandemic in the country and keeping in view of health and safety of all stakeholders of CLAT.
Notification regarding postponement of CLAT 2021:
The exam, conducted for entry into National Law Universities across the country, was initially postponed to June 13. It was earlier scheduled to be held on May 09.
The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national level exam for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes offered by the 22 National Law Universities in the country. The entrance exam is organised every year by the Consortium of National Law Universities.
